We ate here on a Tuesday night. We were able to walk in without a reservation but the place was pretty full. The space feels lively. There's a good selection of drinks and tapas. Everything we ate was great. Some favorites were the bacon wrapped dates, sauteed garlic chili shrimp, and sauteed mushrooms. The staff were friendly but service did seem a little slow. This may have been because of a few larger tables on the night that we visited. The pacing of the food felt a little drawn out. Other than that we had a wonderful experience.
Three things make this a great place. 1. The food was wonderful and properly cooked. They have a great happy hour at the bar, delicious cocktails and a wide choice of wines. All of the small plates we ordered had plenty of food and were well presented. The price was very reasonable. 2. The staff were very professional and the bartender was congenial and made a good drink. 3. The final plus was the staff found my credit card that I inadvertently left in the bill folder. When I discovered the card was gone, I contacted La Rambla and they had found it. They immediately sent it to me. Great service to the very end. We will return when we visit Oregon again.
Easily one of the best meals we've had in years. Pork ossobuco was delicious, along with all kinds of other dishes. Loved everything about this place, and everything we ordered was phenomenal. Service was friendly and we never miss coming here while visiting Mcminnville.
La Rambla has a nice ambience and good food. The service is always attentive and prompt. If you are in the mood for tapas in the McMinnville area I suggest trying this place out.
Friendly staff, great service, excellent food. Lively environment full of couples, friends & family gathering. This was our first visit but I did my Yelp research and checked the online menu to make a game plan. We also asked our server for her recommendations. Then we ordered many things and there isn't anything that we didn't like! Food highlights were the pork belly with romesco sauce and the garlic shrimp, but honestly everything we had was incredible. The order of the dishes and the pace of each course was on point. We didn't feel overly stuffed at any point. The wine was excellent and wow, dessert was incredible - we had the churros and the strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Obsessed. Honestly, we might be returning tomorrow!
The space was warm and inviting but a bit loud. However, the food was spectacular and they had vegetarian and gluten free options which made it ideal for our party. The potatoes bravas and were calamari were especially tasty. Service was good as well.
First time here and happy that we were able to get a table. There's a university in the area and it was graduation day. The food was flavorful and beyond expectation. We were very impressed with the service as well. Our server was attentive and helpful. Food came out within a reasonable amount of time. The ambiance was relaxed and casual. Parking wasn't bad. Highly recommended!
Great dinner spot in McMinnville! They were fully booked for tables, but we cozied up to the bar and had a great experience. Bartender was super friendly. Get the Hoochie Mama cocktail if you like a little spice! The paella was very good. Takes 45 minutes, so get that ordered first and then enjoy some tapas. Tortilla Espanola was tasty with a yummy sauce on the side. Save room for some churros for dessert! We left happy and stuffed and had paella leftovers.
Some friends and I popped in here one night after a new exhibit debuted at the Air and Space Museum. I'd never been before but my friends could not stop talking about it. We arrived between 7pm and 8pm on a Saturday night, and had reservations that we'd secured a few hours before. We were seated immediately. I have to admit, I wasn't really sure what to expect. I'd glanced through the menu a little bit online while we were in the car just to try to reduce surprises, and my friends warned me that it would likely be on the expensive side, but that it would be worth it. They were right on both counts. We started off with a round of drinks. I had an old fashioned that was devine to sip through most of our meal. I wanted to also try " The Bull" but I'll have to wait for our next visit. The food was unbelievable. We had pork belly that was cut thick like a steak, brussel sprouts with such an incredible sauce, my friends got some kind of seafood thing that I didn't try... but the absolute standout was the steak empanadas! So good, we got a second plate as our "dessert"! The service was overall very quick and attentive, and while the place is rather small/narrow, cleverly placed mirrors make the restaurant feel incredibly open. LIghting is on the dim side to make things feel intimate/cozy. Overall it's an upscale/posh vibe. There's also bar seating available.
